G.West Driving School - Livery
A driving school vehicle advertises for a living. It spends the whole working day moving slowly through traffic in front of exactly the audience the school wants to reach, which makes the livery the most valuable media the business owns.
The Brief
Brand a training pickup so it is unmistakably a learner vehicle and unmistakably G.West, and so the phone number can be read from the car behind it.
The mandatory learner plate becomes the hero. It sits as an oversized red disc on the front door, doing the legal job and the graphic job at once, and the rest of the livery is blocked in red and silver so the disc always lands on a light panel.
Key Deliverables
- Red and silver colour blocking across the body, with a black wrap on the B-pillar to break the two.
- An oversized learner plate disc on the front door, treated as the primary graphic.
- The G.West Driving School lockup with its car device, set on the rear door.
- The contact number at full panel height along the pickup bed, sized for the vehicle behind.
- The web address along the lower door, at walk-past rather than drive-past scale.
Note on these images
A livery concept: the number shown on the bed is placeholder digits, not a live line.
