Tija 360 is an emerging customer service platform designed to transform how businesses engage with their audiences across East Africa. The brand needed a visual identity that communicates reliability, innovation, and a forward-thinking approach to customer relations. Creativ Razor was brought in to craft a modern typeface logo that would set the tone for the entire platform experience.

The Brief

The client needed a clean, contemporary typeface logo that could work seamlessly across digital and print touchpoints. The mark had to feel approachable yet professional, reflecting a platform built to bridge the gap between businesses and their customers with precision and warmth.

Our team began with extensive research into the customer service technology landscape, studying how leading platforms communicate trust through typography. We explored over forty typeface variations, testing each for legibility at various scales and across different digital contexts.

The final direction embraced clean geometric forms with subtle humanist touches, ensuring the wordmark felt both modern and approachable. Custom letter-spacing and weight adjustments gave the logo a distinctive rhythm that sets Tija 360 apart in a crowded market.
