Kenya Rapid is a logistics and transport company operating across the East African corridor, connecting businesses with reliable delivery infrastructure. In a sector where speed and reliability define success, the brand needed a visual identity that conveyed precision, efficiency, and modern operational capability.

The Brief

Kenya Rapid needed a brand identity that could work as hard as their fleet — across vehicle livery, waybills, digital tracking platforms, and corporate communications. The design had to project professionalism while clearly differentiating the brand in a crowded logistics marketplace.

In logistics, the brand is the promise — and the promise is that every delivery arrives exactly as expected.

We studied the visual landscape of East African logistics companies and identified an overreliance on generic speed metaphors. Our approach instead focused on precision and reliability, using structured geometric forms and a bold colour palette that commands attention whether on a highway billboard or a mobile tracking app.

The identity system was stress-tested across the most demanding real-world applications — from the curvature of vehicle wraps to the constraints of thermal waybill printing. Every element was designed to maintain its impact whether seen at highway speed or examined closely on a handheld tracking device.

The Result

Kenya Rapid launched with an identity that immediately distinguished the brand from competitors. The comprehensive brand guide gave their growing team a clear playbook for consistent brand application, supporting rapid expansion into new service corridors across the region.
