KenInvest has been at the vanguard of improving Kenya’s investment offering at the national and county levels by supporting the development of rational policies, procedures, and investor management practices to maximize the benefits of investment for investors, entrepreneurs, and citizens alike, and capture the dividends of devolution.

This County Investment Handbook, Enhancing Investment in Kenyan Counties, takes a comprehensive view of the challenges and opportunities faced by counties in effectively promoting investment. It also helps county structures dealing with investors in establishing priorities and lobbying for proper technical, financial, and other forms of support from county and national stakeholders. The Handbook outlines a path forward for county governments to build their capacities and promote themselves as viable investment destinations by providing relevant information, guidance, and hands-on assistance to investors, and essentially building and nurturing a strong relationship with investors.

This project involved brand image development for CM & Company consultants. It is a relatively new organisation working in the real estate sector based in Nairobi, Kenya. We developed all visual communications collateral, IEC materials, brand manual and developed a brand strategy.

These infographics were developed for a client in one of Nairobi’s Estates during the 2019 National Census exercise. The images were meant to reinforce ongoing campaigns by the government in sensitizing Kenyans and to further provide specific details for residents of this particular estate.

Tukuka is a Teen’s magazine published by Tukuka Centre a knowledge-based institution that believes in the potential of young people to be great and widely known within their communities. It innovatively develops and disseminates information to teenagers and young adults with the aim of turning their acquired knowledge into tangible values that young people can embrace and use to positively impact their surroundings. We were honoured to have been commissioned to design the 8^th Issue of the magazine in July, 2019.

Shan & Cher Safaris: 10 Day Safari: Kenya, Tanzania, Uganda

In 2019, our client who is in the Kenyan Travel Industry sought our services to design various flyers for a number of travel packages intended to be placed at a number of strategic locations within Nairobi. The client desired a final product that would feel like a 10 DAY SAFARI aesthetically, prompting us to use dark brown and orange/gold color palettes and the East African map.
